Sales Coordinator – (Entry Level) Full Time in Austin, TX

Start with warm leads. Build real sales skills.

You will not spend your day cold calling strangers or working through purchased lists. Every lead has already shown interest in Charity Charge.

Your job is to respond quickly, understand what each nonprofit needs, and help its leader complete the card application process.

You will often be the first person they speak with at Charity Charge, so clear communication and reliable follow-up matter.

As you learn the role, you will take on more of the sales process and build toward a broader sales position.

What You Will Own

• Respond to new inbound leads as soon as they come in to help nonprofit leaders (Executive Directors, CFOs, board treasurers) complete their card application over the phone.
• Follow up with people who started an application and stalled, and help them across the finish line.
• Keep every call, application status, and next steps up to date in HubSpot.
• Connect larger organizations with the right teammate and help create a smooth handoff.
• Zero cold calling. Zero purchased lists. Everyone you contact came to us first.

What Will Help You Succeed

• You genuinely enjoy talking with people and can make a phone conversation feel clear, useful, and comfortable.
• You are consistent. You can follow the same outreach rhythm each day, stay organized, and make sure nobody gets lost between steps.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a front-desk role is helpful. Sales experience is not required. We will train you on the products, process, and tools.
• You must live in the Austin area and be able to work from our Austin, Travis County office five days a week during training. Hybrid flexibility is available after you are fully ramped. We are considering local candidates and do not provide relocation assistance.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $36,000 per year, plus quarterly performance bonus based on clear and fair performance goals.
• On-target earnings: Expected total annual compensation is $52,000–$58,000 when performance and company targets are met.
