The short version
You will help manage and grow our partnerships program. The playbook, reward structure, and target lists already exist. This role’s job is the conversations and the follow-through.
Most of your week is convincing smart people who serve nonprofits, such as fractional CFOs, accountants, consultants, and YouTubers, to become referral partners for a product their clients actually need, then onboarding them and keeping them engaged month after month.
What you will do
- Invite nonprofit-adjacent professionals and creators into our partner program by phone and personalized email, working from curated lists.
- Onboard new partners end to end: program walkthrough, agreement, referral tracking, co-branded materials, and a monthly check-in rhythm.
- Book and coordinate podcast guests from the partner world, then run each episode through our distribution engine.
- Keep an eye on nonprofit communities online and contribute helpfully where we belong in the conversation.
What makes you a fit
- You have talked strangers into things before: fundraising, campus organizations, sales, recruiting for a club.
- You have run something consistently for six months or more and can show it. This job is won on follow-through.
- You write like a person, not a press release.
- You live in the Austin area and work from our office five days a week during training, with hybrid flexibility once ramped. Local candidates only; no relocation provided.
Pay and benefits
- Base salary plus a bonus for every referral partner you activate, a bonus for every new card account a partner sends us, and a quarterly program bonus.
- On-target earnings of $50,000 to $55,000, and the partner bonuses are uncapped, so the channel you build pays you as it grows.
- Full-time, permanent W-2 from day one, with lunch provided every day and offices stocked with drinks and snacks.
- Health, dental, and vision: you can enroll starting your first day. 401(k) eligibility begins after one year with us.
- Growth path to Partnerships Manager as the channel grows.
