With nearly 20 years of experience helping organizations find their footing and grow sustainably, Will serves as a steady hand for teams navigating rapid change. He specializes in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which he uses to help nonprofits move from high-level ideas to clear, actionable results.
As an advisor, Will leans on his military discipline and operational expertise to help us build a more resilient foundation. He is passionate about aligning leadership teams and creating the sustainable systems necessary to support our long-term vision for the community.
